Shake Out Drill



Today at 9:15 all classes around the New Zealand had to do a Shake Out drill. Our Principle Rang the bell 3 times and we had to stop ( stop what we were doing) drop ( Go under our desk) and hold ( hold the desk legs ) Me and my group were just relaxed but I got the worst pain I've ever had in my neck.
When we finish the drill we went out for fitness.
